VSP is a great company - the culture is very family oriented, and opportunities are available to anyone who seeks them out. If you hire into Customer Care, you can expect to learn as you go, although you are trained on the basics to start. Calls are back-to-back, so if you're not prepared to bust out 80-100 calls a day, this job may not be for you! The employees are rude and doesn’t provide a good morel. Management is always MIA.
