Yes, I have the bios in both the bios and rom folder. Also, if I load Retroarch standalone I can load any neogeo game I want perfectly. I just can't load them from the Emulation Station menu in ArkOs. Copy your American Laser Games (Singe 1) game folder into the roms/alg folder. Make sure the game folder contains a framefile (usually gamename.txt file) and a .singe file. Run the Scan for New games script to create a proper .alg dummy file for each of the game folders copied.
