I believe the Burgundy Suites are located near the elevators and are located on every wing of the building.The Pool view will include the Eiffel and the pool sits below, but the room is not facing directly to the strip. The view is slanted to the left of the window. The Eiffel Tower room has a direct view to the strip, so it includes view of the Bellagio Fountain.
