I had to run around the internet for solutions but this did it for me, as a lot of users are reporting the latest versions to not work for some reason. instead of 1.32.2 which didnt work, i switched to 1.31.3 and the keybind prompt appeared normally on the first try, and the mod(s) works now.
Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods folder and look for projectile launcher rework or PLR something like that. Delete that folder. go to your r6/tweaks folder and delete the file with the same or similar-ish name as cyberware AoE rework. It depends on the mod whether it needs updating to work with the updated CET or Game. If there are major changes then the mod may not load. Otherwise The mods will override the patch changes.
