I can't tell a huge difference in ride height after the new Ohlins shocks but I do like them better than Legend. I felt like Legend really shined on the big bumps, but the small and intermediate bumps were still a little harsh. So, all that said Ohlins are great if you have to money to pay for them, and the patience to dial them in. Fox/Racetech are good, and take less dialing in. Progressive/Bitubo or comparable price range parts are good for general use, slightly improved over stock.

Ohlins are great, but pricey, and kind of over-engineered for most people. Basically, they're close to full race suspension, and 99% of people don't really need it. Fox and Racetech are both good, simple, well performing. Fox being more pricey than Racetech tho. There are old industry standards like Progressive and Bitubo.

We have no trouble with the Bitubos rubbing on the bags if installed properly. We are Ohlins and Penske dealers as well, so we have ya covered either way you want to go.
