I have like 50 in terms a weight, in order to light roll with that I would need 172 equip load. Maximum is 160 at lvl 99 endurance but this can be pushed to 190 with talismans. So are light rolls worth it from a git gud stand point. Not really, slightly longer roll distance and a couple more i-frames for massive gear sacrifices.
