I recently had to replace the starter solenoid on my Craftsman T3000 lawn tractor, and I must say that this new solenoid was perfect. I bought a Craftsman GT3000 back in 2001 brand new for $2299 with a 6 gear tranny, the hydro was $500 more. The specs you have for that tractor are exactly the same as my old Craftsman. They stopped making the GT3000s a few years ago, so I know that it is going to be at least 3 years old or older.
