All I have been able to find is the current level which isn't helpful for judging when we'll get to level 2 or 3. You click on the AI leader if you've HUD ribbon on or click on a city of the AI to meet them. Then there's a tab for alliance right next to grievance tab. It could be one of my mods too , you should check it out anyway.
