I'm on PS4 playing myleague. Whenever I try to offer a free agent a contract and I try to lower the salary it jumps all the way to minimum despite me having cap space. I can then manually move it back up but it take minutes to get back up to 20 million. Even when I move up to 20 million when I move back it jumps all the way to minimum again.

I dunno if the problem is the contract sliders alone as much as it is an oversaturation of talent. Too many 80+ overalls and high potential young players.
