What you do is, once you get a tracking number, you can go to their site and change the shipping stuff. You should be able to select hold at fed ex facility for pickup. FedEx officially lost my Steam Deck. I was a part of the July 4th group, with the 512 GB model. Package was supposed to arrive Saturday the 9th, reached the delivery center 30 minutes from my house, and then nothing. Finally after 3 days of communication through Twitter FedEx Support, the told me they could not locate my SteamDeck. Tracking. Monday 2/28 at 2:00 PM - Shipping notification email. Monday 2/28 at 2:50 PM - Shipment information sent to FedEx. Monday 2/28 at 6:00 PM - Package picked up by FedEx. Wednesday 3/2 at 4:56 AM - Package left Chicago with estimated delivery date of Thursday 3/3 to Texas. Thursday 3/3 - Delivered. The only number that would be unique to OP's individual Steam Deck is MAC address but those are a) not guaranteed to be unique b) easily changed. It didn't arrive today, and now is updated to 7/8/22 (Friday). I think I figured out why. They went in the wrong direction haha. It started in near Chicago, and is now in MO (I live on the east coast).
