Star citizen scan not working.

When scanning from the ship, you will not get a ping "blue box" on a ROC minables until about 2k from the deposit. The large ores will hit at 5k or greater distance. But always swing near the large ore deposits. Because when you are near them (you see the icons) they will not pop up a blue box when you ping the area. The closer range allows for more consistent accurate readouts by using the same scan as the mining laser. It's broken. I doubt they intended to remove radar signatures from ping scans. Mining is severely affected as you're unable to identify the type or quantity of deposit unless you're at it. Update on Scanning and Radar - Star Citizen Spectrum. Hand mining scroll not working? BUG. I am not super experienced with the game and remember not having any trouble with this in the past so I am assuming it is a bug. Right click to scan then scroll to increase power till you crack the node, the scroll function is just not happening. Is anyone else having this issue?

One way to PREVENT it is to keep the salvage laser on when you fill up the first box and it's readying the 2nd one. Just don't stop, even if you lose out on a little bit of potential salvage.
