I shoot mainly at 100 yards with Bart's 68 gr Ultras. The Bartlein is cut rifled but is about $100 more than the Shilen.

Re: Shilen Vs. PacNor Barrels I have had several Pac Nor super matches and currently have one on my 308. They are great barrels and shoot with the best of them. (I have or have tried most of them)I had Pac Nors on my 6.5x284s and on a 260. I used the 3 grove for the 6.5s and they were all good shooters.
