On the beach, there will be a shipwreck where magisters and an elf named Daeyena will be fighting. Seed of power question. So I helped Daeyena out in fort joy, but I never got the guantlets from her. In the black pits I didn't get the corrupted spore, so I can't get the guantlets either (yet). I think you either have an opportunity to kill some spored magisters in Act 2, or if you have the spores, you can give them to one of your party members, sacrifice them to make the gauntlets, then rez them after.

It only depends on the final choice. If you pick the option of "I want power" you get seeds. If you pick "lift my burdens" you get a rope. If you pick the other option (I forget what it says) you get a Ruby.
