Merriweather is a great concert venue. The location is easy to get to and there are plenty of hotels in the immediate area. The parking has changed recently to near by lots. They said you had to have a parking ticket in order to park but not once in 3 days did anyone ask to see the ticket.

I have not seen people tailgating in those lots other than just sitting in their cars. We didn't but saw other people tailgating. The parking lot is pretty far off from the Pavillion but most likely you can.
