However, most are not going to practice effective use at regular intervals, and it's going to be little appreciated, or practiced enough for practical use.

Take the tension off the adjustment screw first (catch the spring - it will want to fly away), and the pin slips out with barely a tap. Heavily armed old man.

I put the "Hi-Viz" fiber optic front sight on my GP-100's and really like it. Comes with a red, green and orange insert with the sight. Easily installed and has made a big difference for me.
