Fidium does not have a router to provide for speeds greater than 1 Gbps, they offer the service but not the equipment for 2 Gbps. I was on spectrum until fidium was available here, I switched for the better speeds. Also, Fidium's customer service is much, much better. I had Fidium installed in Portland Maine on Monday and the tech just had me plug my router into one of the lan ports on the Fidium supplied Adttran router. I was later able to get my router working plugged directly into the ONT after changing its MAC address to match that of the Fidium-supplied Adtran. It is working very well.

Then in mid-September 2022, my Fidium went offline (Fidium support actually contacted me about it, but I haven’t heard back since). This was caused by a tree branch interacting with the cable on the ground physically and kinking it (fiber breaks when kinked), since the fiber installation was not completed. I called fidium and gave them the mac for port 10 and they had me restart things annnnd nothing worked, router said no IP. For fun I put the same MAC for port 10 into the clone mac address and like magic, internet works. Is there another way to get the MAC of port 10 on the UDM-Pro?
