Conan exiles journey bugged.

Hello I'm on the step of obtaining a boss head for the journey on isles of siptah however I have already killed 5 or 6 bosses (lizard bear and rocknose mostly) and obtained heads using a hatchet from most of them and yet the journey step isn't completing. I'm on Xbox single player so no mods or anything like that. I figured mine out. On the console, select the thrall in your inventory, it will highlight the box with a small yellow triangle in the top right corner.
