Based on these codes they wiggled the wiring harness and connections and monitored G0S2 data to see changes. Now there apparently is a test procedure that GM uses (still trying to find out more about it) which will evaluate the DEF injector and the NoX sensors. Commonly for your Cruze are bad NoX sensors.
