You need much power from the CPU with Yuzu and less from the GPU. Use the default settings, all the vulkan hacks except "force max clocks", it will kill your FPS.
Ur specs cant do 60 fps on yuzu. the 60fps mod is broken. It actually causes the game to run at half speed. As suggested, if you want to play it at 60fps you'll have to use cemu. I think you can easily get 60fps using cemu (wii u) instead of yuzu.. you can always give it a try. BOTW > Flickering Trees & Fog/Shine issues.
