Shouldn't take too long to have a couple of decent radial physical gems. The difference in AR from full 20.3% gems and full 27.2% gems is about 16%, which is manageable. For the triangle slot I would honestly suggest farming for the cursed droplets in the DLC. If you get a stamina down curse it might as well be a non cursed gem.
