I can not find the last smelter wedge I need for the last idol outside fume knight. I see that one drops from Sir Alonne but I can't fight him as Fume Knight must be killed first. I have all bonfires, have killed all the other idols (I think, I had 10 wedges I believe and have used 10), and have explored everything. All enemies in Brume Tower are susceptible to poison, but they do have a high resistance. The Iron Giants take about 5 arrows to poison them. The area you are talking about can be cleared by poisoning that one. That usually causes him to wander about and can trigger the barrel dudes.
