There was a proposed "pistol brace ban" that the ATF put out and was supposed to go into effect in August. However, I have heard that it was put off until at least December. If they put it into effect then, there will be a 120 period until it actually goes into effect.They’re alright. I’d do a complete BCM upper on an aero lower and be in that same price range or swap the BCM upper for a complete Aero upper to save a couple hundred more bucks if you aren’t ready to spend $1800+.
