Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.

1997 Toyota Rav 4 turns over but will not start. It was running fine, then we have a day with a lot of cold rain, went to start it and it turned over ready to start, made a pop and now just turns over. I have spark and if I turn over for a while and take plug out it is wet with fuel. I plugged into the obdII and have no codes.
