DeVirgilio's is case files on steroids for surgery. I never got anything out of case files but DeVirgilio got me a 90% or something on the surgery shelf.

However, I and several of my classmates did much better on the actual thing versus how it looked like I would do based on NBME. So for example, IM was my first shelf and I didn't keep up with studying. Got like 55-60% on the NBME practices, thought I would fail.
