In the marry me serana you ask her to marry you and it goes much like it does with everyone else. You can assign her to a house, adopt kids who will talk with her, etc. but if you marry her through the dialogue add on you can’t do the other stuff you would usually be able to do with a spouse. You can only choose to do one or the other.
