Hey John, FYI I found out the injectors NEED minimum 1500 PSI of rail pressure to open, at least the LML with piezo injectors do, and I'd bet the older ones do too. If incorrect output from the MAF, you will have problems. See if you can solve that one.You should have an output at idle of about 40 gm/sec when your EGR is closed. Don't worry about the glow plugs for now.

It will make the CP3 work at 100%, and create 100% rail pressure. It will lope hard if it starts, But it's an idea. Or you can try to pressurize the tank with about 10psi and try starting the truck.
