I did mostly self study for every concept I got wrong on Altius and Kaplan FLs, and KA for more broad content review. I also should have done more psych than I did with the 300 page doc, could have pretty easily bounced that score a couple points with a bit more time.

Kaplan is fine except for P/S. Do KA videos instead. There’s a lot of info from the 300 page doc that I’ve only seen there. If Kaplan’s P/S book is anything like TPR, they’re only going to give a bare bones review of high yield. Didn’t do Kaplan but felt the exact same with TPR P/S.Kaplan's p/s book was VERY deficient on sociology topics. The 300 page document is more comprehensive. I really enjoyed all the mnemonics and pictures. Definitely memorize this document cold since it follows the AAMC content guide to the T. Try to come up with your own personal example for all of the terms and be able to apply them to new examples.
For p/s I read the 80 pg doc straight through in week and a half. Then, I started Jacksparrow anki and referred to 300 pg doc for cards I didn't understand. I've learned the whole deck and now I'm at about 60% matured. I'll be at 100% by my test date in March! supplementing the 80 pg doc with KA videos on 2x speed is the move. i used 300 pg doc.
