My Uverse \ internet will stop working at least once per day waiting a few minutes will usually start back up by itself. I have reset the router several times but as I said it will usually fix itself and both the TV and the Internet will come back.

When I finally got through to a help line, they just kept reading from a set dialogue card. They sent me a new router, but it was faulty and didn't work at all.
