Update, just got sinusitis increased from 0% to 10%. Documented everything for about six months, went to urgent care clinics instead of over the counter at CVS. Went and saw my primary dr. at the va, sent me to the ENTs, prescribe some flonase and antibiotics. Also i wrote a log out everytime i went or felt bad.
