I use Fin's but not for the AI but mainly the gear and some other things. I use vanilla AI and I'm pretty happy with that. In the Fin config editor, there is an option that says "disable all AI changes" which is "false" by default, meaning any change you make in the AI section will apply. In cp there is a insta spawn wave setting, there should be the same setting in fins try changing that to 1 or 2 for insta spawns. Thank you for the response. I did a ctrl + f search in the two config files for Fin's AI Tweaks, the only thing with 'insta' in it was for types of scavs rather than the timing.
