I can't speak to all of them, but I do think they are a big perk/advantage. My D22 received the GAP for Nursing. I will say that she does not at this point have the 3.5 GPA requirement. Lawrenceville is a super cute little neighborhood near Pitt (5-10 minute drive), less touristy/commercial than Strip District. Butler Street has independent boutiques and fun restaurants. Enjoy! My Pitt junior got $5 K a year OOS and paying $45 K a year is a huge improvement over paying $85 K a year at a private school. Sep 14, 2023 · My daughter applied August 4th, was accepted August 29th but didn’t receive the congratulations video email until Sept 6th. We found out by accident she was accepted on Aug 29th as we checked the portal to ensure all docs were received and saw the acceptance letter.
