I've been stuck at 1,387 points for like the past 3 weeks, and I've gone probably at least 10 times. I either scanned in-store, or ordered online. Once, I submitted for when I forget to scan, the receipt. Haven't gotten any points for that. I reach out to Support, they're so useless.
