METE SFx vs SFx Rival Dark Side. Hey y'all, currently looking at purchasing either the METE SFx or the SFx Rival Dark Side. I can get the METE SFx for $427, or the SFx Rival Dark Side for $528. I'm getting steered towards the METE simply because I know their very similar in spec, but the METE does come with the magazine rebate.u/No_perspective_1966 please confirm that both the METE SFT and SFX have white dots fr+rear sights.. The beavertail, whose ergonomics has been increased with the renewed frame design of the new METE series, allows you to grip the gun more comfortably, while the trigger guard allows your support hand to grip it very well. However, the SFX can be had for about $450. The Rival and METE Pro are about $200 more. I still think there is a market for the SFX, but I agree, Canik is definitely competing with itself in some ways. I personally love that they are updating every 12 months or so. I bought my SFX two years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

After all that is the flagship line for canik. The rival (polymer) is almost the same as the sfx pro. The rival s a little more but still worth that gap. If you’re a veteran or Leo you can order directly from century arms and save about $100 and you can get the package with the mecanik optic. The new METE Pro series will feature aggressive front and rear slide serrations, a fluted and threaded stainless steel barrel, night sights, and a 90-degree trigger profile. The SFx Mete Pro will feature a longer barrel and slide which measures in at 5.74” inches. While the SFT METE Pro has a slightly shorter slide with a 5” inch barrel.

Mete allows cowitness with optic and only the Darkside rival with the additional optic plate allows this but is limited to what optics will fit.
