I was approved at Metropolitan Gardens on the west side. It's not the best area but the townhomes are really nice on the inside. Kinda small but two bed, one and a half baths for $1500. I had to pay $1500 as a risk fee but I'm approved and moving in Friday. I'm a felon with bad credit and a recently dismissed bankruptcy , fyi.
