The darkness falls mod for 7 Days has basically revived that series for the guys. I prefer primal fear, but the guys are barely capable of playing regular ark soooo. Listening to their second to last podcast ("Easiest way to kill your enemies Giga") it is very clear they are completely burned out of Ark. Except Neebs.

They have a dedicated audio recording computer and a microphone mixer with USB output. Each of them have a Shure SM58 like microphone on a stand, or arm and pop filter. The headphone output of the mixer is connected to a headphone splitter/amp so they can each hear each other during recording. This is why Neebs keeps getting snuck up on in 7 ...
