It will make the CP3 work at 100%, and create 100% rail pressure. It will lope hard if it starts, But it's an idea. Or you can try to pressurize the tank with about 10psi and try starting the truck. Right now I'm getting the P2294 code (fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit) and the truck won't start. It's now a "Crank no Start" situation. I am replacing the injector return lines and regulator with new but am not sure that will fix the issue.
