I recommend either Silent Resolve or Hit and Run. SR works great with builds that focus on using Phasewalk a lot, such as builds with Hard to Get and Blackout. HaR works well with Inner Glow and Radiance, allowing you to healing more and cause more shock damage. Plus the melee bonus is nice for ending Phaswwalk.

Mind games is a nice skill to have. Other than reaching that skill (Diva, Girl Power and that shark-icon skill), Slayer and everything below it is nice (except the final skill in that tree; it's bugged and sucks). Quicksilver is also handy. This is a general build that will help you with any weapon you use, be it pistols, rifles or SMGs.
A blaster brick build is really good. If you choose Mordecai, get to the bottom of the left tree asap as it will allow you to ignore shields completely. Roland can also be deadly with the right build.
