I don't see a link to a skin anywhere in the description.. Anyway if its an .osk file, open it with osu! or drag it to the osu! window. If it's in RAR format, just copy the folder onto your osu!/Skin folder.The only way is to export it into a .osk file from the settings and then drag and drop that file into the osu!lazer window at the moment.
