Appears to be a much longer public event called "Supernumerary Blitz" where you defeat 6 "Minotaurs Supernumeros" that are shielded. Shields can only be broken by the Arc Craniums dropped from smaller Minotaurs.

Hello all, I've recently been doing some vex incursion zone public events for some new exotics as a 1782 titan, and rare as though the event may be, I have gotten some high stat exotics that I really like.
