What I ended up needing to do was backup my mods, and save, then delete everything in the data folder, reinstall BoneLab, and then Lemon Loader worked. After that, just copy your mods and saves back to the data folder. I unfortunately can't help if that doesn't work, since I only have a Quest 2.
