Wasn’t expecting perfect results but the rug doctor has left the carpet streaky and patchy, not a good cleaning tool at all. Followed all the guidance given, including moving slowly and lining up with previous cleans but overall a big disappointment and leaves my carpets looking worse than before. Wouldn’t use again.
