I personally like turning low-level Personas like Pixie, Jack Frost, Sandman, etc. into monsters. It's satisfying watching them kick ass. There are many ways to pass down Undying Fury from Zaou-Gongen to Yoshitsune, but a simple one is fusing Zaou-Gongen with Principality to obtain Yataragasu, which is one of the five ingredients Personas necessary to fuse Yoshitsune. The ideal Yoshitsune is something like Hassou Tobi, Arms Master, four Nulls/Drains, and two fill passives (Insta-Heal, Victory Cry, Apt Pupil, Regen 3, etc.).
