From what I've seen on here you need to go to the twilight forest dimension. I would assume you could trade those dudes in the nether, assuming they'll still spawn if you build a big platform there. There is allthemodium ore inside the hills that spawn in the twilight forest. Just got my first allthemodium and made a teleport pad. But when i mine pad, it drops nothing. I recall when I was playing ATM7 that initially it did drop, but after some update a while ago, it stopped dropping when broken. It appears intentional, probably because you could initially dupe them by breaking and re-placing in a different spot. But the supremium pickaxe with a tier 4 aoe upgrade is the way to go. But u need to use silent gear pickaxe using the allthemodium ore to get vibranium and vibranium pickaxe to mine unobtanium. The break block spell amplified highly on the Ars Nouveau spell book works, too.

So after making the portal pad and going to the mining dimension I immediately made a Mining Gadget with all the upgrades and proceeded down to the deep slate later. I mined the upper portion. I mined the middle. And the lower end toward the Nether section. Mined for at least an hour, but I never found one single Allthemoduim ore. What's worked for me is as soon as i find one ore, I get it smelted, and turn it into 2 or 3 ingots. I use one to make a teleport pad, and one to make a charm of allthemodium sight. I then go to the mining dimension, and create a mine at y level 30.
