Some of the Mak 90's have a slant cut receiver at the rear of the gun. Only one company makes a stock set to fit the slant cut. MOST of the Mak90's are a straight cut receiver and will take any AK furniture. The best wood stock sets come from www.ironwooddesigns.com. They have pictures and info there about the different receivers.
The manual for the MAK90 is from Century International Arms and is in color. All of the pictures show the dark brown wood. If you have a Norinco milled MAK90, it was made at the 386 factory which was previously Polytech.

Turns out my MAC 90 is a bastard rifle. It has a Chinese underfolder reciever with a tang welded to it. That means, from what I understand, that I can't change it into a folder after the bann dies, because it was never finished as a folder, and no regular AK stock will fit it.Comparable in length to fixed M4 stock adapters.
