Yes its my 2008 ody it has 165k on it. The alternator was changed in 2013. It was checked & the voltage regulator went out its pushing 16amps. I replaced it back in 2013 no problem. I just got my old one back going to check if it still fits. It should theres no brackets on the ody its direct engine mount.Get at it from underneath. Jack up car, remove passengers tire ( please use jack stands or put tire under the car for safety). You'll be able to access splash shield better and get to the tensioner hex nut easier.
