It's a pretty easy destruction check if nobody falls off from the pulses and throws corro/dest. Honestly, as long as the group is reactive to the executes and just generally plays it safe, Akkan is a relatively easy fight. I've found that Gate 1 is the most brutal in terms of checks, Gate 2 is the most punishing with the lantern shadow mech, and Gate 3 is mostly just a chip damage competency check.
