It's 94 for antivenom+ or bust (90+ with botanicals) Guthix rests are perfect for low level/early zulrah. However they can't easily full cure poison so I find it best to bring a few normal anti poisons as well. That way to completely cure yourself you first drink a guthix rest, then a normal anti poison.
