I would say all shrines is worth it. The reward is cool, the rewards from each individual shrine and the Spirit Orbs are useful, and the shrines themselves are all some of the best content in the game. IMO not doing them would be missing an important part of the game. Now, if you wanted to get all the seeds in one save file I would call you crazy.
