2006 f-250 6.8 v-10 w/ 3.73's and 35's vs stock 31's felt some loss in power, but still towed and drove fine. 4.30's would have been nice but not worth the change. just put 33.5 m/t on my wife's 2017 f150, 5.0 with 3.31's. definitely feel a power loss, and would have been ideal to have found a truck with 3.73's.

I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I hand calculate each tank and it's usually right around 13.9 everytime. With 35's there was 2" of space, so 37's (with 1" greater radius) would leave only 1" of space. While 37's should fit, only 1" of clearance might be too little--but I really have no experience with that.
