No light primer strikes on that day. I believe this was my fault, as trying to fix the trigger hitch issue awhile back I oiled up the striker spring which could have gunked the striker channel up. Personally I think the trigger safety on the G2C/G2S and earlier millennium guns is very poorly designed and failure prone.
In my opinion, the trigger on the Taurus G2C is much better than the SCCY CPX2 and will be easier for newer shooters to learn and manipulate. That being said, it is not as safe.
